Using the forms
Give your own details on a form, and give someone else’s only when you are booking for them.
Each form accepts only a limited number of submissions from one visitor in an hour, and forms are checked for automated submissions. A submission refused by either check is not received.
Bookings and payments
Card payments are taken by Hill Valley Chamber’s payment processor, on its own page. Questions about a charge go to Hill Valley Chamber.
The address of your booking confirmation works for anyone who has it. Send it only to the people coming with you.
Signing in
A sign-in link is emailed to you, works once and expires after 15 minutes. Keep it to yourself.
Privacy
What this site collects about you, and who else handles it, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Hill Valley Chamber is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using it.
Which laws apply
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute about them is to be settled in the courts of the State of Kansas.
